My Review on Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara is by far my favorite mascara. It costs $23, but let me tell you it is worth it! 8 out of 10 people say it is the best mascara they have ever used. I love the story behind the idea of this product. It has an hourglass-shaped brush which is such a brilliant idea! It was designed after discovering the bust-waist-hip ratio of an icon I'm guessing to be Marilyn Monroe. Who wouldn't want lashes like this beautiful blonde bombshell?! Also packaging is so classy, and I first bought it because I liked the pink packaging.

How could you pass up this amazing product.

It has synthetic beeswax in it, which is good because there is quite a few people out there with an allergy to beeswax. Also for all my fellow people with celiac disease from what I have read I don't see anything about gluten being in this product. I can't confirm that 100%, but my coworker and I have not had any reactions to this. It has rice, but says nothing about wheat and things like that. This product has unique peptides in it to achieve the most intense black. It really does last all day thanks to the film-forming polymer which also makes it smudge proof. It has some kind of tree extract inn it that nourishes, thickens, and locks curl in place. My lashes usually don't stay in place after curling them, but ever since I switched to this mascara and started using the Tarte eyelash curler it stays. My Favorite this about this product has to be the brush!

Please take a minute and appreciate this beauty.

When I use it I blink into it a few times, and then I wiggle it from the base to the tips. It makes my lashes unbelievably longer. I swear it's magic.

How gorgeous are those lashes?!

It's not the best eye make up I have done, but my lashes were on point. I highly suggest everyone to buy this. It's worth the money!!!

My Review On Donna Bella Hair Extensions

I ordered fusion extensions from Donna Bella after I was certified in their company, and had my best friend put them in for me. She had a hard time because the keratin was so stringy. Four more of our friends ordered from them. Every time we put them in the keratin bonds got every where. Those bonds were a pain, and recently we have tried other brands that work so much better without these problems. With each one of us the bonds started peeling and slipping quite a bit after 2 months. They say the bonded extensions are supposed to last 4-6 months. With anyone there will be slippage because your hair grows and you naturally lose so much hair a day. There was absolutely no way they could last until the four months was up. They made all of our hair dread up at the top. If every six times this happened then there is obviously a problem with the hair. Don't get me wrong the have a gorgeous selection of colors, but the quality is not very great. With all the trouble with the fusions I should have know better. I tend to just act on an impulse let's be real. I have learned from my mistake after my experience with the clip-ins I purchased. My justification for buying them was I liked the color on the swatch I have from my certification class and they have a coupon code 'likeus20' that you can use over and over again. It saves you 20% off your entire purchase which is quite a bit. On the plus side they do ship things very fast! When I ordered my clip-ins it took a tad bit longer because of Thanksgiving which is completely understandable. See usually I am a very reasonable person, and I never complain about anything. I had to wait a few weeks because my hair was a pretty dark brown close to black and the extensions I bought were the 6/10 which is a dark chestnut with medium ash. It is basically a dark blonde. I had to go through a process to get my hair from almost black to a dark blonde, but thank goodness my hair lifts very quickly. The extension color matched perfectly, and I was thrilled. They are a little more on the thin side so I considered ordering another pack because of how thin it was I'm so glad I didn't. After 2 days of wearing them I started having a lot of problem with tangling, and seriously don't get me started on the frizz. I always try to find the best in everything, so naturally I tried conditioning treatments (AG Cosmetics Keratin Repair Reconstruct Treatment and Big Sexy Hair Volumizing Treatment), frizz control products (KMS Tame Frizz Line), and treatment oils (Rusk Being Sexy Aragon Oil and Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Styling Treatment Oil). Nothing helped so I emailed the company thinking "oh maybe I just got a bad set" and they sent me a new pair. It is very unlikely for any company to do this and I was very nice and grateful as I am to everyone because I would hate to ruin someone's day with my grumpiness. The second set arrived and I sent the first set back. I have had this pair for a week or so now, and they are doing the exact same thing. They are dry, thin, super tangle, honestly they feel like synthetic hair which would make sense because the friction from real hair and synthetic cause tangling like this. I have to carry a comb around with me at all times because I have to constantly comb them out for them to look somewhat normal. BIGGEST PAIN OF MY LIFE. So I politely emailed them explaining the problem asking if I could return them. I know most companies won't let you return, but I hoped they might be understanding. I had the worst costumer service experience with them they were rather rude. I was going to put a review on their website, but for some reason I couldn't find a place to write a review. It was super weird! So I tried to log on to my account and it was working. Somehow my account just disappeared which was even more weird. Who knows though. That's what inspired me to create this blog to give my honest opinion on a brand and know they can't delete a bad review. I wish it was on a more positive note, but sadly that is not the case. If you are considering Donna Bella my advice to you is to just pass on that idea. When I get some extra money (student loans are killing me!) and can afford to buy a new pair I'm looking into www.myfantasyhair.com. If there is a brand better, or anyone has any opinions on other hair extension companies I would love to hear about it.
This is a picture of my clip-ins after one hour of use. They were a lot worse today after work.
